Why this studio exists
Knowledge Syscode Academy began as a small Nelspruit-side project helping provincial analysts write limitation paragraphs that matched their tables. It grew into structured cohorts with shared rubrics — not video libraries pretending to be mentorship.
Principles
- Diagnostics before headlines — plots precede policy claims.
- Plain-language assumptions — DAGs beat jargon walls.
- Replication over charisma — folders beat motivational posters.
- Transparent scope — we say what is not included.
Milestones
- 2019 — Pilot diagnostics workshop with Mpumalanga research assistants.
- 2022 — First cross-province cohort with shared replication rubric.
- 2025 — Field notes publication cadence for alumni teams.
